First I like to say that the different rig sizes will be awesome, but i see some problems upcoming as well.
a) Cargo rigs! All existing will be large, but the ship type they are mostly used at will be medium => a player will have to sell their NOW, or they will be nearly useless! => maybe there has to be a rig that can be fitted to any size of ship you want to
b) "Salvage Conversion" => will explode the prices, because that will consume a greater amount of the rig materials on the market! => simply change the time to salvage T2-ships - even one salvager on a pvp-ship is much - no one wants to sit there for 5 minutes to salvage one wreck (not worth the risk)
c) capital rigs are? L-sized? XL-sized?!? => like a) make a 4th kind of rig that can be fitted to all sizes
d) "Transport of Rigged Ships" - Ev0ke has been in the past a nomad party - transporting the complete corp hangars to the other end of the EVE-map was not uncommon - all rigged (and insured) ships had to be stored in carriers and the carriers had to be jumped a even longer way, due the fact that you can not cyno into high sec => we wished that a simple T1-frighter (a jump drive is NOT needed) existed, that can store assembled (and why not also repackaged) ships - they don't need to be able to transport other goods, only ships (repackaged or assembled)

The effect on "Hyperspatial Velocity Optimizer I" is too weak (20%).
It takes me more time to look where is my enemy warping to and bring my ship finally into warp as well, as this rig can provide (even on a long warp).
+50% would let me start to think about fitting one (a second should provide max +25%)

Already exists...  for example: "Algid Energy Administrations Unit I" CPU Need Bonus -10 %
But what I never understood, why there is a "Ancillary Current Router I" +10% PG, with NO drawbacks and there are only rigs for turrets that increase CPU (with a PG benality). A rigs to reduce the "Signature Radius" of the ship would be interesting. (-10% wouldn't be enough) Also a rig that reduce the "Signature Resolution" of the fitted weapons. Please resize your signature to the maximum allowed of 400 x 120 pixels with a maximum file size of 24000 bytes. Navigator |

More rigs for Logistics are needed:
- reduced CPU need of Remote Armor Rep / Shield Transfers (in exchange for PG) - reduced PG need of Remote Armor Rep / Shield Transfers (in exchange for CPU) - reduced activation cost for Remote Armor Rep / Shield Transfers (in exchange for PG(armor)/CPU(shield)) - increased range for Remote Armor Rep / Shield Transfers (in exchange for PG(armor)/CPU(shield))
